Policies 

Tuition fees are not refunded or deducted for any missed lessons, this includes and is not limited to vacations, illness, etc. Lessons missed due to illness, etc. can be made up.  For lessons to be excused, there must be a 24 hour notice given.  Make-up lessons are always the number one priority, and we will always work with you.  If you take a vacation, we will make up the lesson missed; however, tuition fees still apply.  Lessons may be terminated at the end of the month, but no refund will be given if terminated any other time during the month. Payment is due the first of the month.  Tuition does not cover materials.  Materials can range from $5.00-$45.00.  Tuition fees may be raised in August by an equal amount to the cost of living.  An announcement will be made in mid-summer. 

There are four months in the year in which you may have a fifth lesson.  We will still have lessons on that fifth week of the month in order that we may take off certain major holidays or breaks throughout the calendar year, but never more than four times per year so that a student who remains enrolled for a full year will receive 48 lessons.
